Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Order before 8 PM for same-day delivery in Abu Dhabi, in a 2-hour slot you choose at checkout. Orders to Dubai placed before 9 AM arrive the same day; Al Ain and Sharjah are delivered the next day.
Can I send flowers to the UAE from another country?
Yes. You can order online from anywhere in the world and have flowers delivered to a recipient in the UAE. We keep you updated from confirmation to delivery.
Can I choose a specific delivery time slot?
Yes. In Abu Dhabi you pick a 2-hour slot between 10 AM and 10 PM at checkout.
How do I place an order?
Order on this website, or message us on WhatsApp on +971 52 799 4773 — WhatsApp is handy for custom requests, colours or a set budget.
Can I customise my bouquet (colours, budget, specific flowers)?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your favourite flowers, colours or budget and our florists will put together an arrangement for you, with your message on a gift card.
Can I track my order after it’s placed?
Yes. You’ll receive updates as your order is confirmed, prepared and out for delivery, and you can check it any time on the Track order page.
What happens if I’m not happy with my order?
If your flowers arrive damaged or aren’t what you ordered, contact us with a photo and your order number and we will put it right.
Can I keep the delivery a surprise?
Yes — tell us at checkout that it is a surprise and we won’t contact the recipient in advance. We’ll coordinate everything with you instead.
Where are your branches?
Our main branch is in Rabdan, and we have a second branch, our NMC branch, both in Abu Dhabi.
