These terms apply to the use of this website and to every order placed with BLUSH FLORAL BOUTIQUE L.L.C. (Abu Dhabi trade licence CN-1910002), online, by phone or on WhatsApp. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT. A tax invoice (TRN 100343312300003) is issued for every paid order.
- Flowers are natural and seasonal. When a flower in a design is unavailable, our florists replace it with one of a similar colour and style and of equal or greater value. Vases, wrapping and the size of the blooms may vary slightly from the photos.
- An order is confirmed once it is paid, or, for cash on delivery, once we have confirmed it with you.
Payment
The payment methods on offer are shown at checkout. Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Delivery
- Abu Dhabi: same-day delivery for orders placed before 8 PM, in a 2-hour slot you choose between 10 AM and 10 PM. Delivery costs AED 35 and is free on orders of AED 500 or more.
- Dubai: same day for orders placed before 9 AM, delivered between 4 PM and 9 PM. Delivery costs AED 70.
- Al Ain and Sharjah: next-day delivery between 6 PM and 10 PM. Delivery costs AED 70.
- The delivery fee and the slots available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We aim to deliver within the slot you chose. Traffic, weather or access to the building can occasionally cause a delay; we will keep you informed.
- Please give a complete address and a recipient phone number that is switched on. If the recipient can't be reached, we will contact you to arrange a new time or to leave the order with reception, security or a neighbour. A second delivery may be charged.
- For a surprise, tell us at checkout and we won't contact the recipient in advance.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order free of charge until we start preparing it — contact us as soon as possible on +971 52 799 4773. Once the arrangement is being made or is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
We will refund or replace an order when:
- it was not delivered within the agreed delivery day, or
- it arrived significantly damaged, or not as ordered.
We can't offer a refund when an order couldn't be delivered because of something within your control, such as a wrong address or a recipient who couldn't be reached, or because of events outside our control.
To ask for a refund or a replacement, contact us with your order number and a photo: within 24 hours of delivery for a damaged order, and within 10 days for an order that didn't arrive. We reply within 1–2 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several working days to show them. If you prefer, we can replace the arrangement or give you store credit instead.
Using this website
Unless stated otherwise, BLUSH FLORAL BOUTIQUE L.L.C. owns the content of this website — photos, designs and text. Please don't copy, republish or sell it. How we use your information and cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
